Coupon Starter and Print + Digital monthly terms

Your coupon and price

Coupon Starter is $97 per month for one eighth-page coupon in one selected local book. Choose Mentor, Concord-Painesville or both. Both books cost $194 per month. Starter is available to new and existing advertisers.

Each book mails to about 15,000 homes, or about 30,000 homes with both books. Your book mails around the 1st of the month. Mailing to a home doesn't guarantee that everyone sees or uses your coupon.

Your coupon uses a preset design with your logo, one offer, phone number and address. You can change your offer, phone number or address before the 12th of any month. The layout itself stays the same. You can keep renewing Starter without upgrading.

Print + Digital

Print + Digital is $297 for a quarter page, $497 for a half page or $897 for a full page per book per month. Choose Mentor, Concord-Painesville or both. Both books cost double the price.

Each package includes a custom design with up to two rounds of changes and each month's local Facebook and Instagram ad with $50, $100 or $200 in ad spend per book for quarter, half or full page respectively.

With both books, ad spend is $100, $200 or $400 a month, run as one ad that covers both areas.

It also includes a coupon page customers can open on their phone, square and vertical social graphics, a tally sheet and a monthly report on your ad and coupon page. The report includes coupon counts only if you share them. If counts are unavailable, we say so rather than estimate sales. Clicks and visits are not sales, and customer results are not guaranteed.

The Facebook and Instagram ad runs for the month your book is out. The coupon page stays up for up to 60 days while your offer is valid. Ongoing ad changes, new photos and a website aren't included.

Your booking and proof

Your first payment books your package in the next available book or books you selected. We confirm your book by email. We review your ad details and proof before print. Booking your package and approving its finished proof are separate steps.

Provide accurate business and contact details, your logo, coupon offer, phone number and address. Review and confirm the information and artwork before print. If a business or its ad content is inappropriate for the book, we may not be able to run the ad. The refund promise below applies if Town Money Saver can't run your paid ad.

If we don't have what we need by the 12th

If we don't have your logo and offer by the end of the 12th (Eastern time), your coupon moves to the next book, and that payment covers it. We'll email you to confirm.

If you don't reply to your proof by the deadline we give you, we run it as shown.

Your book and monthly payments

Your first payment is charged when you sign up. Your subscription then renews monthly on the same day of the month, at your package's per-book monthly price, until canceled. Each payment books your package in the next book that's still open for orders. The order cutoff is the end of the 12th (Eastern time); orders after that go into the following month's book. We confirm your book by email.

If a renewal payment fails, that month's ad isn't booked until the payment goes through.

Price changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to your monthly price. The new price applies from your next billing date after that notice. You can cancel before then.

Cancellation and ads headed to print

Email info@lehmon.co to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

If you cancel after the 12th, that month's ad may already be headed to print, so that payment is usually nonrefundable. We review every request and may refund it if there's still time to pull the ad. Canceling stops future charges; it doesn't automatically pull an ad that's already going to print or issue a refund.

If we can't run your paid ad

If Town Money Saver can't run your paid ad, we'll refund that book and month.

We review and execute the refund. For a both-book order, the promise applies separately to each book and month at your package's per-book price. This refund promise is separate from a customer's request to cancel an ad already headed to print. Refunds are not issued automatically.

Your responsibilities

You honor your coupon as printed, including any expiration date you set.

You have the right to use the logo, offer and any other content you send us.

Advertising results

Town Money Saver does not guarantee a number of calls, coupon uses, sales or other advertising results.

Upgrades

You can upgrade any time before the 12th. If you've already paid for Starter in the same month's book or books, what you paid is credited toward the larger package when the upgrade is accepted. For one book, the difference is $200 for a quarter page, $400 for a half page or $800 for a full page. For both books, it's $400, $800 or $1,600. The larger package renews at its monthly price until you cancel. Email info@lehmon.co to upgrade instead of placing a second order.

Changing to a smaller package

Email info@lehmon.co to change to a smaller package. The smaller package starts at your next billing date at its monthly price. Nothing already paid is refunded for the switch.
