Information you provide

Stripe's secure checkout collects your email, phone, business name and billing details and processes your payment. Coupon intake details arrive by email: your business and contact details, coupon offer and conditions, phone number, address and logo.

We keep order details, invoice and subscription references, payment and cancellation status, and relevant support records. If campaign, referral or ad-click information is supplied with your visit or order, we may keep that information with the order.

Logos and ad details sent through the thank-you page form are collected by Tally (tally.so) on our behalf and emailed to us.

Website and advertising measurement

The site uses the Saverly Meta Pixel for PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout and Purchase events, plus a custom EmailDraft event when an email draft is opened. No typed fields are sent to Meta. The site passes ad-campaign tags to Stripe for advertising attribution. The thank-you page uses a browser storage record to avoid sending the same Purchase event again on that browser.

Meta's technology may process page addresses, advertising click information and browser or device information, and use cookies or similar identifiers for advertising measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Meta.

Payments and operational use

Stripe handles payment details. We use order, billing-reference, emailed intake and support records to manage your booking, recurring billing, coupon details, proof review, production, cancellations, refunds and payment disputes.

Authorized staff and assistants, and design and print partners, use the information needed for their work. Business details included in the published coupon, such as its offer, phone number, address and logo, become public in the ad.

Records and your requests

We retain operational, billing, production, security and dispute records as needed for those purposes. Some records may need to remain after a request so that we can complete or document billing, production, refunds, security or disputes.

To request access, correction or deletion, email info@lehmon.co. We verify your identity before providing private information or making changes, and explain any necessary records that must be retained.
