Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Saverly’s Tomi Japan Steakhouse coupon request page. It explains the information used to handle your coupon request, help with delivery, and manage optional local-deal emails. It does not cover the Saverly mobile app or the restaurant’s own website, ordering systems or payment processing.

Information you provide

The form asks for your first name and email address. If you choose additional local-deal emails, it also asks for your ZIP code. Brevo records your form submission, including your email preferences, the form used and the submission time. It does not ask for your phone number, payment card, street address or precise device location.

How the information is used

We use coupon-request information to process requests, deliver coupons, answer support questions, prevent abuse and keep records of the request. If you opt into additional deals, we use your email and ZIP code to send relevant local offers and manage your preferences. Requesting these coupons alone does not enroll you in other Saverly deal emails.

Website and campaign information

The page address may include campaign tags or advertising click identifiers used to measure website visits. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to serve and protect the website.

The coupon landing page uses the Meta Pixel to send page-view events and an event when Brevo accepts a coupon request. These events can include the page address, campaign or click information and browser/device information. Meta may use cookies or similar identifiers, including _fbp and _fbc, to connect visits with advertising, measure results and support ad targeting. The coupon-request event identifies the restaurant offer, without the name, email address or ZIP code you enter. The optional deals checkbox controls email signup; it is not a cookie or advertising-tracking preference. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through Meta. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy. The site uses locally hosted fonts and images. A short-lived browser-session marker may be used to display the status of an accepted request; it does not contain your name or email address. Changes to tracking or use of request information require this policy and any applicable choices to be updated.

For campaign reporting, we save the source, campaign, ad set and ad identifiers with the latest coupon request in Brevo. Source information is retained separately for each restaurant in browser-session storage, for up to 24 hours within that session. A new tagged or referral visit replaces the latest source information; a direct return within that session retains it. If browser storage is unavailable, capture is limited to the current page.

A separate request audit records a random request ID, restaurant, timestamps, campaign or click information, available browser matching identifiers and request status. This audit uses Google Apps Script and a private Google Sheet. The private audit also records the first name and email address you submit so we can match each request to its Brevo contact, investigate delivery issues and identify test or duplicate submissions. ZIP code and optional marketing choices remain in Brevo. The audit does not provide public access to contact records. Audit events do not establish email delivery, coupon redemption or a purchase.

Service providers and sharing

We use Hostinger to host these pages, Brevo to process coupon requests, deliver email, and manage contact information and email preferences, and Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to maintain the separate request audit on Saverly’s behalf. Brevo may record delivery, bounce, open and click information for email reporting. Information needed for those services may be processed by those providers. We do not sell your personal information. Checking the optional box authorizes Saverly local-deal emails; it does not authorize merchants to add you to their separate mailing lists.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or respond to a request you authorized. If you contact the restaurant directly or use its own ordering service, its practices govern the information you provide there.

Your choices and requests

Leave the optional checkbox unchecked to request only these coupons. If you sign up for more deals, you can unsubscribe through a marketing email or email info@lehmon.co. You can also ask that address for access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your coupon request. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Applicable law and necessary recordkeeping may limit what can be deleted.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as needed to handle requests, support communications, manage consent and comply with applicable obligations. Minimal opt-out records may be retained to avoid resubscribing someone who has opted out. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

External links and children

The Google review badge and Get directions link open Google Maps. Google’s policies apply when you follow those links. This coupon service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
