Privacy

This notice covers Saverly's Wax Lounge coupon request page. Square's own practices apply to information you enter on its booking website.

Your coupon request

We collect your first name and email through Brevo to fulfill your coupon request and send the Wax Lounge coupon email. Requesting this coupon alone does not sign you up for marketing emails. If you separately select the optional local-deals checkbox, we also collect your ZIP code and use your email to send Saverly deals near you. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Leaving the box unchecked does not create a new marketing signup or cancel an existing subscription.

Website and campaign information

Hostinger hosts these pages and may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to serve and protect them. The request page uses the Saverly Meta Pixel for page views and accepted coupon requests. These events can include page, advertising-click and browser or device information. Meta may use cookies or similar identifiers, including _fbp and _fbc, to connect visits with advertising and measure results. The browser coupon-request event identifies a coupon request without the name, email, ZIP code or service description you enter.

Available source, campaign, ad set and ad identifiers are saved with the latest request in Brevo. Source information is kept separately for this merchant in browser-session storage, for up to 24 hours within that session. A new tagged or referral visit updates the latest source; a direct return keeps it. If storage is unavailable, source capture is limited to the current page.

A private request audit uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to record your submitted first name and email, a random request ID, merchant, timestamps, source/campaign or click information, available _fbp and _fbc cookie identifiers, request status and whether the browser called a Meta event. This helps us match requests to Brevo contacts, investigate delivery issues and identify test or duplicate submissions. ZIP code and optional marketing preferences remain in Brevo. The audit does not provide public access to contact records.

A receipt in browser-session storage, valid for up to 15 minutes, lets the page display your coupon after an accepted request. It contains the merchant identifier, accepted status and request time, not your name or email. If storage is unavailable, the code is shown on the request page after acceptance. Coupon requests, email delivery, bookings and merchant-recorded redemptions are separate measures; a tracking event or booking-link click does not confirm a booking or redemption.

Providers and your choices

Brevo processes form submissions, contact information, email preferences and coupon delivery. Google Apps Script and Google Sheets hold the private request audit. Square processes what you enter when booking on its website. The merchant records use of the shared coupon code separately. Authorized people and providers use the information needed for these purposes.

The optional local-deals checkbox controls email signup; it is not a cookie or advertising preference. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through Meta. Review Meta's Privacy Policy, Brevo's privacy notice and Square's privacy notice.

Privacy requests and records

For help, email preferences or a request to access, correct or delete information associated with your coupon request, email info@lehmon.co. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. You can also unsubscribe through a promotional email.

We retain request, delivery, consent, support and security records as needed for those purposes and necessary recordkeeping. Some records, including opt-out records needed to respect your preferences, may need to be retained. We will update the date above when these practices change.
